Lost or Damaged Shipments
Ocean Kiana is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
If your order arrives with any issues, damages, or missing items, please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your package. We’ll review the situation and do our best to assist where possible. Inquiries please reach out to support@oceankiana.com
ALL US customers: You will be subjected to pay duties and tariffs on all items imported into the USA. Ocean Kiana is not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid import duties or tariffs. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused for this reason.
