Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our small-batch production and made-to-order process, we do not accept returns and refunds on pre-orders items. Each piece is crafted with care, and we appreciate your understanding. Pre-orders may take anywhere from 4-10 weeks. Due to complexity of embroidery and the construction of a well made garment. 


Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colour, and style details before placing your order.


Refunds

We’re unable to offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final.

ALL US customers: You will be subjected to pay duties and tariffs on all items imported into the USA. Ocean Kiana is not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid import duties or tariffs. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused for this reason.
