Certain items—such as the Winter Otter—can take up to 4 to 12 weeks to ship due to high order volumes.

ALL US customers: You will be subjected to pay duties and tariffs on all items imported into the USA. Ocean Kiana is not responsible for packages refused or returned due to unpaid import duties or tariffs. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused for this reason.
